Splash-Back Tiling - Supply and Install

Hi,
My wife and I are currently in the early phases of building a property in Mt Barker (still getting planning permission) and expecting to be in the property at the end of this year / start of next year. We are looking for a quote for kitchen splash-back tiling (supply and install). If you do not undertaken install would you recommend anyone that does.
The area of the splash back in 2.2 m square plus 10% for wastage then the total would be 2.5 m square. We would be looking for small to medium sized grey herringbone tiles and grey grout.
Please make sure the quote includes the following:
Address the quote to Steven and Emma Turner - Lot 6 Silhouette St, Mt Barker.
Include business name and ABN in the quote.
Include to "supply and install" of boundary fence.
Re-confirmation of the area covered by the works.
If possible, please provide a cost breakdown for separate elements of the works for example, but not limited to: tiles, grout, labour, wastage etc.
