Small Tiling job. Approx 3 SQM

We have a small area inside a converted wardrobe to tile (the wardrobe now includes the previous hallway, which is already tiled and we wish to continue that tiling to provide a matching floor that was previously a piece of loose carpet, now just smooth concrete). We have the tiles, just need someone to lay them. The tiles are 450mm x 450mm. We have 5 tiles to remove (part tiles from where the existing installation finishes) and then about 12 tiles to lay. There will be a bit of cutting to match the existing layout ... all cuts are straight.
