Screed and tiling for kitchen and laundry

Need to put new screed over concrete floor in kitchen and laundry. Both rooms are connected and had old tiles and old screed removed already. Kitchen size is 3.2x3.8m and laundry is 2.5x1.8m floor with one side wall 2.5x1.3m.
Laundry has floor drain hence screed need to slope to drain.
300x300mm porcelain tiles for laundry and 600x600mm porcelain tiles for kitchen. Adhesive is supplied for the job.
