Grout has come out of shower basin and water is leaking out into adjoining room. Need tiles removed and retiled and carpet replaced in adjoining room where damaged by water. It is a rental property so is very urgent. We were not advised by tenants of problem so water has been leaking for some time, not sure of water damage under existing tiles. Require someone who can start asap.
