Repair tiles in shower

Tiles on floor of shower have started to move - they need to be re-laid but guess also need to check there is no water damage underneath. Tiles were not laid very long ago. I am also considering put up a splashback behind my cooker in the kitchen so if anyone could help with that, that would be great
