I require grout to be removed from balcony terracotta tiles which we laid about 15 years ago. The grout is to be removed in preparation of a tiler coming to replace some cracked tiles and to apply a new epoxy based grout. This job only requires the removal of the grout. Grout lines are approximately 10mm thick.
