I have an area of 47sqm which has slate tiles beneath ceramic tiles. I would like both layers removed. The house is on a concrete slab, so concrete grinding would be required. The ceramic tiles are easily removed and I have already been able to lift some portions off.
I would then like to have new ceramic tiles laid over a total area of 64smq. The extra 17sqm is for a room which has had carpet removed and the concrete slab cleaned and prepared for tile laying.
As part of the service, I would like to have walls covered for dust protection and all rubbish removed.
