Regrouting of bathroom shower

After noticing a leak in the ceiling between my second floor shower and my first floor ceiling, a plumber has inspected my bathroom. He noted the large amounts of silicone in the shower and has recommended I have the silicon and grout removed and have the shower re-grouted. I'm looking for someone who can carry out the removal of what is in the shower now and replace the grouting.
