Regrouting kitchen floor and entry area, total area approx 4mx4m

The kitchen area is approx 3x4m, the tiles are 30cmx30cm. the current grout is cracking and discoloured and is a cement base grout (i think). the entry area has the same tiles and is an area 1x1.5m. i would love to have both these areas regrouted (ie old grout removed and new grout to replace it). the fridge, washing machine and dish washer will need to be moved from the kitchen to expose all the tiles.
