Re-tiling old shower base to stop leak

Re-tiling of shower base required. Shower leaking into downstairs kitchen. Plumber has assessed and needs to be retiled as is a 30yr old shower base. Base tile layers need to be stripped back to concrete and then water-proofed, retiled, grouted & sealed etc. Once this has been done insurance will come in and fix damages leak has caused. Need to move quickly so insurance company can complete rest of work required.
