Re-Tiling of exsisting toilet

Hi,
Need someone to retile a toilet for us. The toilet has existing tiles that we want replaced. There are tiles on the floor, and along the edges of the wall (about 15cm from the ground upwards). Tiles on the floor can be tiled on the top of I suppose, whereas those on the wall probably has to be removed before new tiles can be put in place. The size of the toilet is very small, only 160cm X 90cm.
Tiles will be supplied by us, whereas grouting and tools need be supplied by the installer.
