Require tiling to wall (floor to ceiling) and floor of ensuite. most walls will need blueboard or backing of some sort, as previous tiles were very poorly installed (all backing had to be removed). also tiling to small area (splashback) in laundry and very minor repairs to grout in slate flooring (kitchen).
