We have 2 bathrooms and one separate toilet that need re-tiling on the floors and walls. just the wall re-tiled in the kitchen and the floor and wall in the laundry. we may also need a plumber to install a new bath and shower screens in 2 showers. also part of a door frame will need replacing and plastering where necessary. work to commence mid march.
