The tiles are very badly cracked and it's in desperate need of freshening up. Size is 2.14m with a single row of 330mm tiles as a skirting board. The substrate is (I guess) particle board or similar (BV house). I have bought the tiles and intend to remove the old ones myself because I'm trying to get a couple of the floor tiles off intact so they can be used to replace a few cracked tiles in the bathroom. (I have only one intact floor tile left over from the original tiling job). So what i want the tiler to do is to seal the floor, install the floor tiles and the single row of skirting board tiles, and replace two or three tiles in the bathroom.
