There are existing tiles in the kitchen / laundrey area and carpet in the lounge area on the lower floor of the townhouse.
The townhouse is approx 6-8 years old.
I would require the tiles replaced and tiling of the current carpet area.
So the entire lower floor will be tiled when completed.
