Tony requested 2 quotes from Tilers in Glenorie
Approximately 200 - 250 m2 of new house tiling including bathrooms, laundry, kitchen / family room area and verandahs.
3 Bathrooms / laundry floors (30m2) on compressed fibre cement. Tiles 200 x 200.
Walls tiles 100 x 200 to door height approximately 60 m2.
Kitchen / family room floors (76m2) on particle board (will require screeding). Tiles 333 x 333.
Verandahs (150 m2) are concrete. Tiles 333 x 333.
All tiles provided by owner. Tiler to quote on an all inclusive m2 rate (including supply of labour, adhesives, all other materials to complete and GST).
Must be licensed and be able to provide recent references.
Please quote Verandahs seperately as this may be done at a later date.
