  Tiling company is looking for a tile layer to work on a day rate between 200 to 275

Your working for another tile layer
I get the jobs / I get the materials / I have to guarantee the job / I get the calls for the defects /I've got to wait for my money 2 3 weeks and chase the money (headaches)

All you have to do is do your 8 hours and you get paid every week
If something's wrong they call me not you
Not a bad job with no responsibility and it might be fulltime for the right person

Must be a tile layer not a pretender
Must Not exceed the money I displayed
Must have abn
Must come to work not excuses to avoid coming
Two excuses and you won't be working any more
Trial start is 5 days a week maybe 6 no less

Plenty of work for the right person if successful after trial

Do not call if a pretender tile layer you'll be sent home straight away
Do not call if outside money barrier
Do not call for metre rate it's day rate
Do not call if there's 5 or 6 of you looking for job
I'm looking for only one person not an army
Do not call if your gonna complain how far the job is , sometimes it's close sometimes it's up to an hour to travel . At least you have a job
Do not call if you only want to work for me because your slow with work ATM
I'm not a restaurant where you come when you feel like it .
You look after me and come 5 6 days a week and the successful applicant more then likely will have a full time job
No time wasters
You do your 8 hours of work 30 min lunch is on you
Then you go home . If I ask you to stay back an hour or two I'll pay you extra
If I get a fantastic job and I feel we have done well I will reward you extra money
tasks include
1. Waterproof membrane internally and external ( every 2 weeks roughly )
2. Screed shower bases with sufficient fall ;every 2 weeks roughly )
3. Tile shower base 2 by 1 with sufficient fall ( every 2 weeks) and 1 by 1
4. Screeding to balconies with sufficient falls (once a month )
5. Skirting tiles 100 mm high regularly ( straight not laid on an angle )
6. Stone laying not regularly here and there
7. Tiling houses are mostly porcelain 600 by 600
But here and their ceramics
Walls are usually 600 by 300 porcelain
Applicant must be able to master this items alone or unattended with quality
