Require tiling for new house reaching practical completion and handover in 4-6 weeks.
Looking for quality tiler with experience and references/photos laying large format 600x600 tiles.
Seeking "seamless" look and finish throughout.
Tiles supplied by customer (me);
Internal: ~80m2 nano-polished porcelain "Bianco"
External: ~14m2 external version of internal tiles "Bianco" for single square alfresco area.
All other materials required to complete job to be supplied/sourced by tiler.
Metal rod finish/join for areas that meet carpeted rooms. (Carpet to be laid post-tiling)
Additional information requested;
Provide details regarding care taken to prevent damage to house whilst working.
Provide details of liability/insurance should any damage occur to house whilst working.
Provide details of workmanship warranty.
Site plans available on request.
Site access can be organised if required and tiler has professional insurance.
