Floor tiles are sadlerstone 800x400x20mm concrete tiles. owner has layed tiles through the bulk of the space however would like a tiler to do all the cut tiles around the perimter of the space. tradesman will need to cut this large format tile neatly up to walls and joinery as there is are no skirting boards. owner has the tiles and mapei cement based adhesive on site. if the internal tiling works out well the owner is considering doing an external courtyard space as well.
