Tiling underlay is already laid, but please check suitability for floor tiles in kitchen, as well as wall tiles (preparation of walls also needed) and splashback. This would be stage one of tiling needing to be done, remainder includes laundry (floor & wall), toilet (floor), and possibly ensuite (floor & wall) as funds permit.
