When Loz came out to provide a quote, I felt he was under-prepared and decided not to proceed with his quote. He had no tape measure, pen, calculator or quote book - I had to supply the tape measure, pen, calculator and paper for a quote to be scribbled on. This didn\'t give me the confidence to proceed.
