We need to hire a Tiler to tile a laundry floor (4 x 1.7 m, irregular). A tile skirting is to be laid. The existing floor is hardwood and is 20mm lower than adjacent parquetry. The floor is to drain to a suitably located drain (which must be supplied and installed). A new laundry cabinet is also to be installed (cabinet already purchased). About 200mm of tile surround is to be attached above the sink.
