Small kitchen needs tiling in 1 BR apartment.
Existing vinyl floor is already removed. The floor tiles will be supplied. The new tiles will just need to be re-tiled over the existing timber flooring. Will need a tile cushioning "underlay" to support new tiles and need two slight sloped joins to meet up with existing floorboards in adjoining rooms.
The kitchen floor area guide is small and approx. 2.5m x 5m. About 12 square metres.
Work needs to be from a suitably licensed contractor and all work guaranteed/insured.
