Stage 2 = First Floor Bathroom floor is approx. 7.5m2 and tiles will be 600x600, fall to shower grate not centre drain. First Floor Bathroom walls will be tiled floor to ceiling (2450High) using 300x100 tiles laid horizontally, total 22.5m2. To be tiled as second stage. Please include Waterproofing in quote.
