Insurance claim for loose floor tiles in a bathroom due to water damage

I have a number of tiles that need to be replaced including a skirting board, there may be some additional water damage under the loose tiles but until they come up I am not sure. Some tiles within the shower need new grout and one tile on the wall needs to be replaced due to a crack. The complexity of the job wont be known until tiles come up.
