It was a muck up from start to finish. They misquoted the floor space by 11 metres (leaving us short), then tried to blame me for not buying enough tiles (I purchased about 11 squared metres of tiles more than quoted which was over the 10% required). The tilers that came to do the job are the only people holding the tiling service together. I was a very unhappy customer.
