We have a join in ground floor that causes a line of tiles to continue to crack.
Line of tiles will need to be replaced by a feature tile + a flexible join.
Tiles are approx 41cm x 41 cm and there are about 18 tiles that need to be replaced.
Current tiles need to be removed.
