Floor tiling approx 50 sqm, slab cracked and uneven, needs to be levelled

There are cracks in the downstiars slab and the floor is uneven in some areas which means glue may be ok in some areas to level, however others are higher. Need to get it all level first before tiling. I would like a quote on just getting the floor level. And then a seperate one to tile it. I have already purchased tiles - they are porcelan tiles. I already have ther bags of glue also includiong the grout.
