Approx 80 square metres of floor tiling, including Kitchen, Bathroom, lounge room and laundry. Tiles are ceramic, 400x400. The flooring is both pine floor boards in the original part of the house and chipboard/MDF in the extension. The area that is the extension is not level in parts.
