  Two tiling jobs

- Both jobs are at the same location and can be done one after the other
- I have broken these up so that I have an opportunity to see the quality of work before going ahead with Job 2 below, ( which is the rest of the unit)
- Happy to pay for job 1 in full before job 2 commences
- Looking for a SQM price and would prefer additional costs that I an perform myself such as rubish removal etc not be included
- Job location Unit, North Brisbane, up 1 flight of external stairs (easy access)


Job 1
- Tiles have not been selected yet, however, they will be rectified edge 600x600 or 450's
- Tiling over small aprox 50mm x 50mm existing external tiles. The existing tiles are in good order
- The job is a balcony aprox 14sqm (can confirm the exact area)
- Tiles will butt up to freshly rendered block work on outer edge and unit block external wall (brick veneer) on the other side




Job 2
- 88sqm aprox
- 600X600 quaility rectified edge tiles on site and ready (106sqm of tiles available)
- Straight lay pattern
- Rooms to tile: Living room, hallway, kitchen (Kitchen has been removed and is empty) and three bedrooms (not wet areas) floor only
- Floor is a concrete slab (unit block)
- Davco Proffessional Ultraflex Premium grade tile adhesive supplied and ready on site
- Tile Leveling clip system on site and ready to go
- Protrusions in the floor have been ground back, floor may need leveling depending on tilers opinion. I'm happy to do this alternatively tiler may prefer to do this. Happy to discuss. To give an idea of the surface. The loor is currently suitable for pressed edge tiles, however, I understand that 600 rectified edge might require leveler depending.
