Job was completed as requested. After the job was finished upon payment he wanted more money for materials used which was not discussed. There were a few abusive phone calls and eventually the matter was resolved with me paying half of his materials used. Given that the quote was extremely high to begin with, we found un-reasonable that the materials were in addition to the quote and that we were not informed until the job was completed. I wish I waited longer to hire someone as I received many quotes after for less than half the price of this quote, but we were in a hurry.
