Tiling of a smaller family bathroom.
Looking to pay not more than $38/square metre. And will require additional water proofing (not more than $500)
The builder has been and all the walls, roof and flooring underlay are now up. Bath tub has been installed and the plumber will put the plumbing in this week.
We require a tiler to start first thing next week to do both water proofing and tiling.
Floor 2 x 2 m = 4 square m
Walls 3.8+5.8+4.8+7.2 = 21.6 square m
total area to be tiled = 25.6 m
