Bathroom area incl shower recess is approx 9 sq m. Tiles provided by client; removal of existing (old) tiles to be done by client; shower recess base/floor to dropped 4mm by client. Full screeding and water proofing of shower recess is required and bathroom tiles to be laid.
Work ideally to be done during the 2 week period commencing 28 Nov 2005.
