- tile balcony floor approx 10 square metres with 400x400 square floor tiles - level concrete surface ready to glue.

- and tile fireplace with stacked stone - approx 3 square metres. onto concrete.

- whole job should be done inside a day.

- 3rd floor apartment - all tiles already bought and upstairs.
