Floor tiles are to be laid on cement sheet underlay. Wall tiles are to be a direct stick on to aquacheck plaster. The underlay and the tiles are on-site. You will need to install the underlay and also supply adhesive/glue. The measurements provided are slightly larger than the actual measurements
