We need to have a lounge/dining, small galley kitchen, bedroom and small hall way totalling 50.674 m2 in a ceramic 150x600 timber lookalike tile with minimal grout line. Of note we must adhere with strict body corp requirements of top rated acoustic underlay. 3m2 of kitchen tiles need to be removed prior to commencing job. We will supply tiles, contractor to supply other material. Works when completed must not be less than 60FIIC and 50 Ln,w + CI.
