It is not unusual for all the Technician's to be working on a challenge together to get a good end result for our Customers. They are the most integral part of The FIRM's team with combined knowledge and experience in all facets of the fitness industry.
The FIRM is a combination of experience and qualifications of a unique group committed to customer service. Our team includes members qualified in the electrical, electronic, welding (light steel fabrication) and mechanical fields.
We continually evaluate our standard of service and source new ways to reduce costs to the customer while maintaining the high quality.
