Our home phone line went dead. Telstra technician came and was able to get one point working (in home office) but not the main point in our lounge room. He advised we needed a telephone repair technician to fix that inside the house. We need a technician to find the fault in the telephone point and repair/replace it. A second point in the lounge also no longer works but this is not essential to repair.
