I have problem with my phone line. My service provider, field technician was arranged on January 30, 2014 to investigate the issue on the network, however there was no fault found on the cable network up to the network boundary point. The phone line is working up to the A side of the MDF and has been tagged on Vertical A Pair 4. According to my service provider (DODO) problem is in MDF box at B side (wrong wiring).
Now I need ACMA approved technician who can fix this problem.
