We need a new phone system for our office in Brunswick West.
I want something that is VOIP-ready for when the NBN arrives.
At the moment we will need 10 handsets. Presently we only have 2 phone lines but I am planning to add another 2 (making 4 in total).
We do have some cabling but not to each desk, will probably need some added.
We’re an online retailer and operate inbound customer service. Will need to be able to:
- transfer calls internally
- have headsets for our 3 customer service staff so that they can type while on a call
- have incoming calls ring on customer service handsets only
- receive voicemails if calls are unanswered
