Installation ADSL central line splitter

I would like to have an installation of an ADSL central line splitter, such as the C10-100E in my home (for my adsl2+ connection). I have 3 phone sockets in total around the house, my 3rd socket (in my bedroom) is giving me problems (it has a coaxial tv antenna and phone - all in one wall socket) and would like to separate the phone line away from the coaxial - having 2 seperate wall plugs - one for phone, other with coaxial tv antenna. (the cables have to be away from each other) And if I need to have a 3rd socket in my room (from the new adsl central line splitter)) that would be fine. So the request is for an adsl Central line installation, and moving/installing existing wall plug. Thank you
