Hi,
We will commence buiding a new house in Mernda in the next couple of months. We are looking to build a lap pool 10X1.5m. The pool would be built only 500mm from the edge of the house and 500mm from the fence/property boundary. The block next door is vacant so access shouldn’t be an issue.
Can we get an estimate on the price of a concrete pool (or fibreglass if it exists) of these dimensions, waterline tiles, intergrated spa, solar heating for the pool.
