I installed a vinyl liner pool partially in ground (70%) 15 months ago. In ground portion (frame of pool) is secured by a concrete shell around the pool - the area surrounding the above ground portion was filled with crushed rock, a thin concrtete layer and sandstone pavers to the top of the pool line.The Crushed rock has been wash away as a result of underground water flows and part of this crushed rock has become wedged between the concrete shell surrounding the pool structure and the structure itself - this is pulling the structure down comletely on one side.
