We have an Astral pool pump (Viron Astral V25) , which needs a service and I suspect the sand needs to be changed. The pump is occasionally telling us that there is no water, but we have primed and done all the basic checks, I feel there may be a blockage or a leak somewhere. It sometimes works straight-away and other times doesn't hence our need for a full service.
