Existing area approx 6 m by 9 m.
Would need to remove existing ground material (some bricks, mostly packed dirt and stones) with a dingo.
Paving needs to be laid.
Spa point needs to be installed (in adjacent garage wall).
Spa fence needed to be organised and placed.
Some help with council permit requirements would be great.
Boundary fence will need to be tightened and adjusted (height added as per council regulations).
Possibly some seating/planter boxes created as well.
Possibly a small deck around spa if budget allows. Maybe also look at lighting.
