We need to drain the pool so that it meets Pool Safety Regulations. Currently the pool is partly full, with lots of debris in it. No one uses the pool, however we do not wish to have the pool removed at this time. I need the pool to be drained and ensure that it cannot hold any stagnant water more than 300mm from the bottom of the pool.
