our concrete pool is cracked all the way around the top of it, where the coping cement meets the pool , i believe. we need it repaired or resurfaced as there is also a bad paint job so pool needs resurfacing, my concern is that we have it resurface and the crack comes back. pool is not leaking, would also like the pool to be converted to salt water as well with sand filter. need to get prices so we can do budget.
