Straight cut in Stone bench top / engineered stone

I would like a rough idea on price for having a straight cut and polish done on a stone bench top (with minimal dust and mess). Benchtop is possibly a solid piece of engineered stone with quartz, approx 40-50mm thick and the cut would be about 600mm in length. I want the edge to be polished once cut and would like to know if this can all be done without removing the benchtop from its location. I am looking at installing a bigger fridge and the stonebench top hangs over into the needed fridge space by about 20mm (this is what I want cut off).
