Repair to carved stone statue

Andrew requested 3 quotes from Stone Masons in Armstrong Creek

60cm high statue, 20kg, has a leg broken at thigh level (clean break) which requires cementing back on and repairing. The broken leg has a hole drilled in that allows the metal rod on a stand to support the statue upright. It may require drilling the same hole (carefully!) in the other leg, which would obviously be stronger and more able to support the statue?
