Granite benchtop length needing a proper measure, cut, install & polish.

We recently reconfigured and installed a newer kitchen. It was pre-existing in another house. We need a stonemason or granite person to measure out the job correctly and take a pre-existing granite length we have on site (1800mm) and cut it into 3 custom sizes from that length and install/join it into our kitchen. We'd also love the whole benchtop area polished too.
